What is the difference between a VTC and a taxi?

Chauffeur 06 offers fixed price, the price is announced in advance, no surprises at the end of the race.

Are the rates fixed?

Yes, a flat rate is predetermined.

Does luggage add an extra cost?

No if all of your luggage fits in the car, if not, we also have luggage vans available you can order a “luggage van”.

Can I modify my trip onboard?

Yes, if the driver’s planning permits. An extra charge may be added if your requested route is longer than the original trip.

Do you have baby seat or booster seat?

Yes we have both, but you must specify at the time of booking.

What is the cost of waiting time?

If you need the driver to wait the first 15 minutes are free. Then each additional period of 15 minutes cost 15€. Furthermore, you will have no extra cost in the case of a delayed flight (airport transfert) or train.

How much time can the driver wait?

Our drivers are flexible and are able to wait if they are informed. However if we are not informed our drivers may leave after 30 minutes.

Can I choose my itinerary?

Yes but it can have an extra cost if your itinerary is longer than our itinerary. (We always choose the fastest way).

Is it possible to bring pets in the car?

Yes, however an extra charge may be added if the pet cannot travel in a container or special sack.

What are the cancellation fees?

50% if the cancellation is 6 hours before the trip. 100% if the cancellation is 2 hours before the trip.

How can I pay for my trip?

You can pay the driver directly by cash or credit card or prepay by wire transfer payment.

How your fares are calculated?

Our fares are calculated two ways. The first way: fixed price from point A to point B. The second way: an hourly rate (in this case you have a number of kilometers included in the price, if you surpass this number of kilometers a surcharge of 2€ per kilometer will be added).
